What is the point of the appeal? I assume they got this notification because they either did not reply to the Nas or they replied and lacked a solid plan (i.e. no CFO, no forensic auditor)

So my question is, if they are in the process of securing an auditor would an updated 'plan' that was deficient 4 days ago have any effect in an appeal?
