It is time to start hammering out deals more consistantly here!! You guys have had 4 years now of flat sales!! I will give you the fact that we had a recession as an excuse, but with SGA costs BALLONING to over $4,000,000, cause of these high prices executives we hired and gave stock options to, it is time to deliver. With a 20 - 25% increase in Overhead, I expect at least a 40% increase in sale!!

Get off your a$$es and make it happen now!! It is not enough to just work hard here people, we are in a results business, and if you can not get results we will have to find someone else who can!!

I WANT TO SEE SIGNED CONTRACTS!! I COULD CARELESS ABOUT SALES PIPELINES!!! 90% of everything a GOOD SALES GUY WORKS ON IS USELESS!!
