I agree goob. all my DD suggests that these trees are presently only suitable for the papermill/pulpwood. I can tell you that the FSA rep in Rochelle told me this property was not in the gov. conservation program, was unaware of any pole farm, pine straw dealer or syrup maker on that property. If you are souther you can probably imagine the responses you will get regarding 'pine syrup'! A surveyer told me when he surveyed this property back in late 90's he remembered the property to be mostly open land which would put the pines in the age group we suspect, (young and cheap).
Having learned this, the GREATER qustion is why is EFLN apparently attempting to lie and deceive investors by grossly inflating asset value in the pr. I don't think they were counting on anyone actually performing any DD or having any understanding of the timber market. What else might EFLN and it's facilitators be lying to shareholders about?
I simply caution all shareholders and prospective investors to research EFLN further. Shareholders should pressure EFLN/Franky Boy to provide a analysis from a reputable timber cruiser or company, have them support their claim. Dog
