MindfulEye, Inc. Unveils New Corporate Division Structure

MindfulEye, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MDFE) (www.mindfuleyeinc.com) announced today that they have created several new business divisions, with each focusing on a specific business group.

MindfulEye is a conglomerate that owns and operates several companies that cater to highly niched markets.

The Entertainment Division consists of The PleasureXone, (www.pleasurexone.com), a wholly owned subsidiary, which provides a brand-new and unique technology that allows consumers to download films from a self-serve kiosk onto a portable flash drive. The system is unique because unlike any other delivery format of film or video entertainment, the content is totally portable – without the need of an internet connection or DVD player. Movies can be played on a personal computer, television set, or specially equipped gaming device. The company is now in the initial phase of deploying the kiosks to locations throughout the nation.

MindfulEye's Technology Division focuses on developing, refining, and implementing software and hardware solutions that meet the growing need of the Automated Retailing Industry. Products and services include consulting, software development, and cashless payment systems. An in-house team of software authors, code developers, and engineers make up the core of the division.

The Automated Retailing Division concentrates on the design of self-service product purchase centers. These systems allow consumers to purchase a variety of adult-oriented products, 24-hours a day, 365-days a year, with complete privacy. And unlike internet-based companies, the MindfulEye systems deliver the product to the consumer within seconds... not days or weeks. These unique units can be off-the-shelf or custom built to meet retailers and store-owners specifications, and can be designed to dispense a variety of products of various sizes, along with graphics that allow for co-branding as appropriate. The division is now accepting orders for 2nd quarter delivery.
