It is the cost of green energy that has slowed its implementation. Government subsidies are needed right now for all green energy projects, over time , hopefully the technology improves to lower the consumer cost of energy. There are a lot of competitors in this field, Seawind is already established,good news, now its time to get those solar projects moving. Get out of the gate!
