agreed my friend , i was also with you on ACTC.... but whats important here is MSGI O/S is current with only 96.7 mil ... Definitely less than half of that could be accounted for as the float... MM's are fishing for shares and now is a great time... plus a pincher set up this stock is gonna rock!
