How do you know its false??? Are you there? NO! So to say its false is misleading and slanderous. Lets be honest everyone here that has invested in LHPT knows its a small company and all the negative details you have listed. I hate to call you out but you have no idea if this is a sole one man company. I have personally spoken with the CEO and he has a number of close contacts in the oil arena that are aiding him. The CEO has had lots of success in the TX oil arena and he is a proven winner. So for you to say this is a one man company is misleading. As a investor lets the company speak on what the facts are. Just speaking when you have no proof or legal documents to back your statements is out right deception.
