AMA33 I have a rather stupid question maybe you can help me with. Leiberman is acquiring "concessions" of 31,000 acres-is this similar to a lease with mineral rights? Evidently we are not going to actually have a deed to the land or he would be saying we are buying 31,000 acres. Am I all wet? Please explain. Thanks. GLTU IMO
