I have been following this company for a year and a half and have been careful for just this reason. There is nothing that says scam to me here at all, unless you want to lump every China stock into being one big scam, and that's a whole issue on its own. If you want to believe that its a scam that's your right, but I don't DD stocks if I believe that is the case. Show me where you see that with specific facts and DD, that is how I base all my investment decisions, not on broad unsubstantiated claims. If you can show me something besides saying China, I'm all ears, otherwise I ain't buying it.
I believe the fear of Chinese stocks overall is so prevalent now, some for good reason, that being the contrarian it may be a good time to invest in some of those companies that are legit. So far this one appears that way to me. I still do not have a position, but if the companies balance sheet continues in the direction its going and the china fear subsides, this is one I believe that could move in the next year. There is no denying if you have followed the balance sheets over the last two years that there has been a turnaround.
