BACKGROUND
Mr. Todd H. Larsen has been President of Dow Jones & Company Inc. at The Wall Street Journal Digital Network since January 2010. Mr. Larsen serves as Daily News Paper Director of Audit Bureau of Circulations, Inc. Mr. Larsen serves as the President of CMA Logistics, Inc. Mr. Larsen served as the Chief Operating Officer-Consumer Media Group at Dow Jones & Co. Inc. since February 2006. He served as the President of Consumer Electronic Publishing Division of Dow Jones & ... Co. Inc. from March 28, 2003 to February 2006. In this role, he oversaw its consumer Internet properties including The Wall Street Journal Online at WSJ.com; MarketWatch.com, Barron's Online; and the Journal's network of free vertical Web sites. Mr. Larsen served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Electronic Publishing division in May 2001. In that role, he oversaw the business and operations functions for the Online Journal and Barron's Online, as well as having overall responsibility for the financial management, strategy and planning of consumer electronic publishing group. Prior to joining Dow Jones in 1999 as Corporate Director of strategic planning and development, he served as Senior Associate in the Communications, Media and Technology practice at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in New York. Since October 2000, Mr. Larsen served as an Executive Director of vertical products, managing the business operations for Dow Jones' network of free consumer Web sites. He serves as a Director of Audit Bureau of Circulations, Inc. He served as a Director of Interactive Advertising Bureau Inc. unitl February 27, 2011. Mr. Larsen received a bachelor of arts degree from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
