There is no way yeather is the reason. Not even knowing anything about oil and people should figure out that is a lie. I strongly believe they do not have any money what so ever to put the rig in. Let alone AUlt told me that debt was able to be more than paid off and there would be atleast $100,000 left over. I dont believe that to be the case. He also mentioned legal fees were killing him. I think I would take that as a hint. Anbody could have a well up and running within 5 months if they had money. Even if an eartquake hit or even a tornado blew everything away. Ault told me that he knew nothing about oil. If I am running a company I would make sure I learned about the stuff the company was selling. But what would anyone expect on someone with no success. By the way, the adult industry Ault was involved in and got sued. He denied he tried to buy that porn farm or whatever in New York. He said he lost the investors money in the stock market. In on of the most recent prs I swore I heard Ault state that he was taking the investors money again and dabbling in futures. That should be a huge red flag there as well. Pay attention people and please wake up. There was hope for this company until Ault got back in. Just think of it like a convicted child molestor running a day care. There is about a zero chance of this stock ever going up again. Has anyone tried to contact the new oil guy they hired? I bet there is no way he would waste his time in this scam.
