I can assure you the suspension would have nothing to do with a name change. In fact Ault said Rainbolt wanted to keep the name the same. I really think Ault meant that Ault wanted to keep the name the same. The suspension would happen only because of red flags all over the place. Red flags can pertain to fraud, lies regarding financials, and stuff of that nature. No legitimate company that does things by the book or close to it would get suspended. The best hope on this being suspended was being late in the filings. Hoping for a miracle.
