To my way of thinking, if a business sharing Somatic Systems' address mentions Somatic Systems, that could possibly be considered Somatic Systems news, though probably not worth mentioning. However if the ballet studio that you mentioned, or a Starbucks or any other business sharing Somatic System's address wrote something about 'the alleyway behind Packards', that is not Somatic Systems news. So it would be both insignificant and off topic in my opinion.
