Warren, I emailed a buddy yesterday about that kind a activity from him. The dude just has no class. I could go into plenty about that but it would get deleted.

Here's what I really see happenin. He's gonna screw NIR investors bigtime. Kiss your investment goodby or get on with a plan of action. From the funded company standpoint it'll be business as usual. Give me shares and I'll travel to Florida and pay legal fees type a stuff. As soon as NIR stops the legal battles they are done cause no company will convert shares. In fact it looks like many have stopped converting now. If all got together and stopped it would be lights out but they aren't that organized. So investors will get screwed and Corey will try ta keep up the cash flow so he can stay in court, hold off the Feds and travel with some dressed up sow.
