That's how they(crooks)control society(the sheep). Once in a while they use one of theirs(Madoff..etc) as a scapegoat to keep the sheep in check(as to say relax we are caching the crooks)..Soon the sheep will revolt and the world will in chaos, it has already started in some Arab countries and within a few decades it will come to the western world.
