yup the way i read this

2011 will be the yr in which otow gets it going

expect updated financials soon w the $36 plus valuation for the DR on there and projects to begin in Palm Coast soon and also for the confirmation of the $100 mil funding

it's all coming otows way

and we shall all be having one hell of a 2011

and in due time everything will come together and otow will begin to produce revenues from multiple sources

the DR projects are more than like likely already started in some fashion or another

trying to find out what i can there also

imo Orange has taken notice of the goings on
