and how does that market maker register his buys or sells with no CUSIP NUMBER ???? - redfisher

The short numbers are reported to FINRA on a daily basis. HRNF not having a CUSIP # listed with DTCC, as a result of the chill, has nothing to do with reporting of short volume to FINRA.
