I don't think it is a question of uplist or not, but rather WHEN and HOW...IF they uplist, a R/S is in order at some point; whether they plan on running the stock before, and how high they run it, remains to be determined...more news and details of the deal and future plans would be great...if not in the 10K itself (due soon), some other type of summary PR...they could also get there with massive buyback over several years....so their timeline is important in that respect...definitely the lotto play of the year RIGHT NOW...further news will confirm or trump that surely...all IMO
