How can you say that, when Ntephe only raised $2M of the $50M shelf reg? Not only is this NOT over and done with, he still has $48M more to go.

At a nickel drop per $2M transaction (your words) we have 24 more nickels to drop! At 13 cents, that poses a problem.

Ntephe is no where near done massacring the share price and as long as he continues to leave that shelf open this stock is dead.

ERHC's own CEO is killing the stock and the BOD are neglecting their duty by not stopping it.
