hi leucro very good job you are doing here,do we know when we are getting news, pr, 8-K.by the knoledge on the stock i have ,we are facing 2 big hits the buyback and merger,do yo think they will come on the same pr,could the go straight up and file 8k concerning the big hits

i am weary yet,given the manipulation from MM last friday bringing us down we ought to be,if we do not get news coming in right away we might pick up the stock from the basement.
