Thanks for a direct reply. Here is my next question.
I can find NUMEROUS written communications from Bergamo claiming that Suntrough is a subsidiary (not a sales agency, nor a potential joint venturer, nor a future possible equity swap - but an actual subsidiary). Now could you direct me to the Bergamo notification that their prior claims that Suntrough is a subsidiary were false and should not be relied upon?
