The email is only "proof" that you really did not make up the whole thing. Your friend assumed something by trying to read between the lines. Stan directly refuted what your friend thought was implied, to me via email and on in a phone call. Guess what I am going to believe as the truth? Stan or your friend's guessing as to what was meant?

As far as Stan saying he thought Ken made some poor business decisions in the past, well who is disputing that? Not me. But that is why KATX has bought CFSG1 on board to help with that in the future. I make my investment decisions looking forward.
