Basically what is happening is an investigation for price fixing and manipulation by a firm. They do mention LKEN as green concepts and that is not really a good thing seeing green concepts in a fairly new name but if LKEN is found to not have any involvement in this action it could be a very good thing for the PPS because it is my understanding that every trade will be monitored meaning no blind shorts by mm’s, possibly no shorting at all, and no sell to your self by any MM. that is a trick they might use to show high volume without raising PPS or even showing buys while the price is going down.

In closing this doesn’t sound to cool but it could turn out to be in the end IMO I hope this helps.
