Hi Slide. You asked for an example. I could literally give tons of them from my experience. Don't get me wrong.... some of the Pennies DO make it but many of them are scams not to say this one is. I am just offering my opinion. Some years back there was a Co I believe with the ticker VLTP (Vital Living Products) and that was in the era of the Bio mailing scare after our attack. They literaly marketed a product that was in ACE Hardware Stores and everyone thought it was going to make it. It was a Penny Stock. They were even on one of the morning News shows. I remember one morning waking up and it was literally on the national news how the Co CEO was indicted on federal charges for deception. That is just one example. I could name 10 others in a heartbeat. Believe it or not I could prob name 20 others from the past years that do not trade anymore. What I am saying is that there is about 1 legitimate Co out there for every 50 other penny Co's. Some make it and many do not and some literally end up in Jail. All I am saying is that I have seen it and here we have another Co that has questions tonight.

Look, I am not here to bash or promote. I am just me and telling you all my past experiences. Whether the Board wants to believe me or not is their choice.
