"The trick" is to stay in touch with anxious investors in the pinkie land. IMO it is very important even before the big anouncement to show that you care. In pinkie stock delays (not saying we have one) even change of plans are very possible things, and just to remind investors that they are not forgotten, treated right and carried about is not the last thing to do.
"Project once the shipment clears customs and is moved to the site. Company operations personnel have been on the ground for several weeks preparing for deployment of the equipment. Dredge operations will begin once the dredges are assembled and located in their preselected locations on the Pampana River."
So to say something like "custom is being cleared, dredges assembled and operation will start within another week." would be a nice thing to do. Don't see it as being a pump at all, just as a conformation of investor's importance and being informed. JMO
