Managment definately wants all in order, as demonstrated by their actions. I don't feel they are rushing anything. The stage is set for rapid revenue retreival. They have obtained the dredges - they are "on site" ( in PR). SNEY is also finished with a complicated filing ( with the Auditors now) in order for transparecy and to get out of Caveat, all the while keeping us updated. Moving in this transparent light is a sign of things to come. They are progressing methodically, leaving nothing to chance with production set up or with PINK. They are at the end Game of both, and SNEY knows it is no time for errors. I think that type of careful behavior will reward All.
