correct .. it wasn't mgmt .. since they are on
record as never having sold one share .. they
hold restricted common which on an unregistered
co. on the OTC would *usually* be considered
a positive

Ohhhhhh....they are on record? lol. Just like they are on record as saying 100 million bucks for etc., no dilution, 22 million milestone project, window world, hahahahaha. on record that is too funny.

The TA is ON RECORD as saying that mgmt lied about the shares being restricted. They most certainly are not.
