You said "always has been". I disagree as, IMO, Jeff has not attempted to scam us as CEO.

Show me ANYTHING that he has done, as CEO, that is part of a scam.

Obviously, QASP is what Dean brought it to be - the market will not move the pps until a merger has occurred.

What Jeff has done is get us to this point, which is admirable.
