yup... literally hundreds of investors have been burned by this one over the last 12+ years.

It looks like now they have crawled into a little shell as the have as they have no more shares to issue. In order to do another Reverse Split they would have to have a shareholders meeting. (Funny they are a couple of years late on that one.)

This one is toast

Shut down the Pink Sheets for good. Call your congressman, FINRA, SEC, etc. Let your voice be heard so that this SCAM exchange can be shut down
