just talked to Torkan, VOXR principal, he and his lawyer as well as buisness partner are going over the details.

I'll be in email exchange with them this weekend and will try and post what is relevant.

I'm going to ask Torkan and insiders to cancel their shares and ask for warrants in the new company, this way, the O/S stays tiny and the PPS high!
