the fact someone was or is logging on one side at the time of this picture indicates the trees are mature. the age of the pine tree does not really matter. If it has the growth required for harvesting and the price is right sell. That being said you can call the county agent or forrester with the plat number or address the stuff in the document would do and he or she would answer many of your questions. I could have my dad drive over there but not really worth the effort when a phone call will do.

all the forrester or agent would need is the info on that documnet and then ask him who is logging over there and ask if both sides have been decalred tree farms and who manages them and what ever else you want to know about the land and trees. GAME WARDEN would know too or be able to tell you who the forrester is that manages the land.
