otter, from the DD that I have done there is 1B shares authorized, 604 million outstanding and 400 million in the float. I think that the restricted shares are only around 35 million.

I will stay for this run and get out becuase I do not think that any institutional investors will get near this. IMO for and any pps above $1 it will take institutional buyers. Daytraders and positive news could run it into the .20 range and if so I will take it.

Lots of possibility for manipulation from management and Ron Brooks. Release more shares and R/S are both possibilities depending on what they are going to try and do.
