For the record they have not refused to provide any details yet on the lawsuit settlement to the best of my knowledge. They did state that:

The company intends to release a series of press releases on contracts and accomplishments shortly, as it's the company's sincere desire to see its share price retrace.

Let's wait and see what happens before we start condemning them on this issue. I think we have all taken the "rose colored glasses" off and know enough to take the "eyes wide open" approach to VCTY at this point glidingone. No need to keep hammering on the negative with every post.
