Oz: My guess is that we haven't heard anything because it sounds to me from the communication coming out of Poway that Digitalway has taken over production of the Odyssey 1000 and they now control the timetable(s). With no money, I don't think the company had much choice but to do this. Let's hope they (Digitalway) have a plan to push this product out over the course of the year.

Everyone is frustrated that the IPOD is everywhere given what our player can do for less. But as we've discussed before, Apple has always had the money to lose to promote their player.

I doubt very much that current management is going anywhere. There are other irons on the fire - most notably Divx and the IFE device. Is it the right time for be calling a change?

As for revenue, your guess is as good as mine. Perhaps we'll hear more before month's end.
