I think do to Ault history with Molinari and the Zealous deal in 9/08 is what got Molinari to the table. Once there He seen something the like and Got ault out of the way and bump up is investment. He has the keys let see where he want go.

If my memory serve me right Ault tried to tank the deal but molinari was able to push it thru. im sure ault is crying in his beer atm. try to figure out why he sits down when he pees cause Molinari did it to him again. LOL
