I will go out on a limb and say it again ...I think the financing is a done deal ...I think Val returning all those shares was more than likely a stipulation of the financing terms. NOBODY in their right mind would return that kind of potential wealth back to the co. if they didnt have to. LOAD UP YOUR WAGON NOW ! IMO.

I am stupid, do not pay attention to me or my posts...do not make buying or selling decisions based on my banter at all ...I am a negative person by nature and at best an amature investor. Hope everybody makes money here.
