Why would any business minded person want to be in a hurry. They are all mapped out, They have new money. A few more permits to account for, some pesky townspeople that want to remian in the past. Why would you be in a hurry?
They dont want that fight and cant afford to pay them off. Let the big boys come in and rough em up. Isnt that the way big business works.
