Because Darrell Nether is in no way associated with CPRK/WUCC. We needed to go public. We reverse merged into a shell company named IBC to do so, and then we told the scammers involved in IBC to take a hike. We did this because it is far more economical to RM into an existing public company than to take a private company public. Unfortunately, it has the side effect of creating a lot of misconceptions about the nature of the company.
If CPRKQ loses it's Q, and if the shareholders are not wiped out, then we are in control. I for one won't be voting against my best interests, and I bet no one else involved in the CPRKSA will either.
