I find it interesting that no information that I can see identifies who in the DTCC allowed the false certs in their possession to begin with without proper vetting. And then information to determine what relationship that person(s) may have had with Pino/Pammy or even Carter Care or Sytner and/or Megas. It would be interesting to know what protection rules the DTCC did to prevent this type of thing from happening again. Maybe something like, just enforce the rules already in place.
