Todd Waltz has been Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Secretary of Vision Global Solutions, Inc. since November 3, 2009. Mr. Waltz has been Controller of AE Biofuels, Inc. since June 2008. Mr. Waltz serves as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of AE Biofuels, Inc. Mr. Waltz served as interim Controller for AE Biofuels since July 2007. Mr. Waltz spent 12 years at Apple Inc., (NASDAQ:AAPL), most recently managing all financial aspects for the .Mac and Online Services businesses. From 1994 to 2007, Mr. Waltz served with increasing responsibility in a variety of senior financial management and business partner roles in the On-line Services and R&D divisions of Apple, Inc. Mr. Waltz has more than 25 years experience in public and private accounting with global public firms. He has been Director of Vision Global Solutions, Inc. since November 3, 2009. Mr. Waltz is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Mr. Waltz received his bachelor degree from Mount Union College in 1983, an MBA from Santa Clara University in 1997 and his Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University in 2008.
