I agree this statement is a real blow. Every trader has a place in the market. Things like this is why people run from this stock. It sounds to me like he is saying, it isn't going to be done on time AGAIN. Why else would he say, the longs are willing to wait a few more days? A few more days from what the 5th? They are going to see a huge sell off come 3pm if this thing hasn't closed by then. The longs would have given up, and you would have attracted nothing but days, and flippers.
