In the month of February and March, Form 4 Insider selling was filed in the FIRST WEEK of every month and mid-last week of the same months.

If there are no FORM 4 FILINGS either today or Monday/tuesday, that augurs well for a RUN in April (PPS could even hit 15 cents with no insider selling and anticipation of the OS results).

However, if the insiders have been selling and there are more shares dumped into the market, there is virtually NO CHANCE for a RUN prior to Results.

Only Positive Results will help the PPS breach 10 cents with insider selling
