WANTED: Tax Returns

Under FOIA I requested beer excise tax reports for Michigan. Basically if you ship to a distributor the tax and report is then due by the 15th of the following month so all shipments in February would be due by March 15th.

As per the state those returns were not filed. So either they are delinquent in taxes and now owe penalties and fees or they shipped nothing into Michigan so only owe a zero report and a $25 late fee.
