As far as I can tell most of these aren't bk cases. It looks like every case out there involved with Global, Hamilton, or World Jet got pushed under the bk case title because it would be considered an asset or liability. As stated though Ascent isn't responsible for any previous liabilities or obligations. One of the cases in this is even a personal injury case.
