Maine-- it is a SELECTIVE buyers mkt in nearly everything except real estate IMO. Those that wait to buy when 'things pick up' will pay a lot more than today or next month. Most items (& companies) will get cheaper before the prices rise but the true SALES can offer great bargains for those with the resources to hold on for awhile.
