My thoughts exactly... why would a co. that's going private need to do this? (I've seen plenty of asset buyout in BK court, but never a one that seem so dead set on keeping the original co. so clean.)

They went from pink to OTC this week & now they file an 8K!!! This is huge, confirms what we've all been digging around here.

The volume we got on Monday definitely was from one's in the know.
(We are not alone, people!)
