Solutions Group, Inc. Announces Introduction of Managed Services for idrive Customers

Solutions Group Inc. announced that idrive Monitoring Systems, SRL will begin offering Managed Services for its VEDR camera. Beginning April 1, customers of idrive monitoring systems can opt for the new idrive service to process, review and determine the severity of an event that comes from the customers' in-vehicle recordings. Utilizing two offshore locations, and beginning with 25 direct employees, idrive is well positioned to offer this initial service. Pricing has not been set but is expected to be in the $20-$30 per camera per month range.
Idrive Monitoring Systems Starts Begun Full Production and Shipping of Its idrive X-1 Video Event Data Recorders

Solutions Group Inc. announced that its subsidiary idrive Monitoring Systems has begun full production and shipping of its idrive X-1 Video Event Data Recorders (VEDR) to more than 20 clients across several vertical markets in the United States and Mexico. These initial orders total in excess of 1,000 VEDRs and leverage additional units in excess of 2,000 more over the quarter.

Solutions Group Inc. announced that its subsidiary idrive Monitoring Systems, SRL has entered into a strategic relationship with several Las Vegas taxi companies. Idrive will provide cameras for evaluation, with the intention that within a few weeks these taxi companies will order up to 2000 idrive X-1 cameras for installation. These companies have utilized another simpler Video Event Recorder (VEDR) for several years, and have chosen the idrive X-1 to test as their next generation sophisticated VEDR.
