Whatever, Phillips has a competing disc-type storage product that they are bringing to market. They have also recently partnered with SONY to buy Intertrust, so the plot thickens.

You are correct about the arrogance and wasteful spending on the part of DP's failed management. $120 million bucks; there must have been some great parties in Boulder!
