I cant believe I wasted my time talking to him on the phone. He gave too much info for him not to be behind the scenes. I wouldnt trust that guy to go to the grocery store for me. What a waste and what a hoax. I can guarantee nothing will ever become of this or anything that has Ault involved. He raised money for his legal fees, thats all. No hedge fund would loan money for worthless stock, come on now, lets be real. I have a guaranteed investment with little or no risk and it pays a minimum 25%, has collateral and even I have trouble getting investors. There is absolutely no possible imaginable way this can ever be successful. Hopefully he might say a buy out is coming so some people can get rid of this.
