When Spencer resigned from the reverse merger with ISHO in 2007, there were about 550 SHs. He gave all of them new shares at 40 cents per share based on their investment. (So we can assume at least 550 are unhappy). I say all of them--not actually true. He refused to give any shares to Wallace's aging parents. He discriminated against them, even though they had invested $17,000 at Spencer's request. They sued Spencer and the court agreed he had acted wrongfully, hence the judgment against GOSY and Spencer personally for $17,000. Spencer may claim he cares about the elderly, but his shameful treatment of a 90 year WWll vet suggests otherwise.
